The video, now viral on social media, shows Aryan casually flashing his middle finger, seemingly as a playful gesture directed at his friends in the crowd. C |          加碑岩乡共有11个行政村，由于地理位置特殊，村民居住较分散。每个村的自来水管道均经过河道，分布于村民集中居住的地方。三五户的地段较偏远，地形也复杂，自来水管道没有延伸至此，少部分村民只能喝自家水井里的水。         灾情发生后，绥中县政府非常关注老百姓的民生问题，从9月14日开始，利用8天时间，打好42眼新规划水井。水井的规格为150多米深，直径0.2米。这些水井，多位于村民集中居住的地方，方便他们取水。待所有的水井清理完毕、水质验收达标后，方可放心饮用。         同时，加碑岩乡政府也将工作重点放在当地小型饮水设施上，至9月23日，该乡于杖子村、沟口村全部恢复完毕。

D | 由于受地表水流影响，目前只能铺设明管。待水流小或河道干涸后，方能铺设地下管道。         据加碑岩乡政府水利站负责人李国清介绍，从9月24日开始，乡里组织人力、机械相继对骆杖子等村施工，争取用10天左右的时间，将小型饮水设施修复完毕。10月上旬，所有的村民都能喝上“放心水”。
